We extrude 6000 grade aluminum alloy and form it into various door parts, such as frame profiles, frame jambs, corner connections, etc. Aluminum extrusion allows us to form any cross-section profile. The reinforcing rib within aluminum extrusions further strengthen the door. Other properties can be added to the door by adding fire insulation, noise insulation, and other fillings.
