Aluminum Heat Sinks
Controlling temperature through aluminum heat sinks is more environmentally friendly. Aluminum alloy can effectively absorb the heat generated while the machine is still running, and dissipate it quickly, reducing the need for added coolant.
Aluminum plays an important role in making fin and tube heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers, or micro-channel heat exchangers. Aluminum can reduce the occupied space and weight while increasing heat exchange efficiency compared to copper. Aluminum can further reduce the cost by 20-25%.
We have been making aluminum extrusions since 1974. We have 6 automated extrusion lines and are capable of making heat sinks in any shape and size.

You can choose from our 5000 or 6000 series grade aluminum for the extrusion material. We have an extrusion machine with a tonnage rating of up to 3000 tons.
