A spectrometer analyzes the chemical compound of the raw aluminum before production, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
Every extruding machine is equipped with a fully automated infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature during extrusion for better quality control.
Professional inspection officers will inspect the extruded products on site, making sure the surface fits the properties and strength requirements.
We have a tensile tester to perform bending, tensile and compression testing on our products.
We use Rockwell hardness testers and Weber hardness testers to test the hardness of our products.
We supply extruded aluminum products for automotive, electronics, construction, and other industrial applications. Our extrusion machines can produce 920 to 3000 tons of pressing force.
